2. Scope
These terms apply to every quotation, order and delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Prices
The prices stated are 2026 prices. All prices on this site include VAT:
- AZ (2CV / Méhari / Dyane / Burton / Lomax) — € 1.599
- AM (AMI / AZAM) — € 1.699
- AY (Acadiane) — € 1.699
- AK (AK400) — € 1.699
Prices for the Gamme Non-Road are available on request.
4. Orders and reservations
A chassis can be reserved on request. An order is final once we have confirmed it in writing.
5. Delivery and collection
Collection takes place in Wommelgem (Antwerp, Belgium), by appointment. Delivery to another location is possible by appointment, at an extra charge.
6. Payment
Payment is made on collection, in cash or preferably by bank transfer.
7. Warranty and conformity
The legal warranty may be invoked if the non-conformity of the delivered goods is established within 2 years of the delivery of the goods. The legal warranty starts to run from the delivery of the goods to the consumer.
We have never had a chassis returned with defects. Should it happen, we will replace it, even after the legal warranty has expired.
8. Right of withdrawal
Chassis are linked to a chassis number. Since we go through this process carefully with the customer, and we recommend collecting the chassis in person, there can be no right of withdrawal
9. Applicable law
Belgian law applies.
in the event of disputes, the courts of Antwerp have jurisdiction
