How achassis is made.
No chassis leaves the workshop without going through the same five steps. That is where the precision lies — and the durability.
The same route every time
Fully designed in 3D
Every model is first drawn in full in 3D, for maximum precision and fit.
Laser-cut parts
The individual parts are cut with a (tube) laser and bent from structural steel, with virtually no variation in tolerance.
Jig-welded
Welding is done in a jig, for a consistent build on every chassis.
Handmade in Belgium
Everything happens in our own workshop in Wommelgem, by people who drive these cars themselves.
Hot-dip galvanised in Belgium
The finished chassis is hot-dip galvanised and supplied with a certificate for Belgium, TÜV and RDW, plus a unique serial number.
Drawn first, then cut
Every model is drawn in full in 3D before a single plate is cut. That way all dimensions, holes and mounting points are fixed before production starts.
That is why our chassis fit without modifications — the precision is in the drawing, not in correcting things afterwards.
Why it always fits
Intelligent design and the use of (tube) laser cutting combined with bending give parts that fit together perfectly, with virtually no variation in tolerance. That is how we arrive at a chassis that fits perfectly every time — the first one and the hundredth.
It is also why our chassis fit without modifications and without extra reinforcements.
Every chassis gets a unique serial number.

Every galvanised chassis is supplied with a certificate. We don't show third-party logos here — only what the certificate covers.
